Group challenges accept stakers. Personal challenges accept FOR / AGAINST bettors. Stakes lock when the window closes.
An on-chain read, an API oracle, or a vision model returns a per-participant verdict. The state machine doesn't care which.
Winners are paid proportionally from the losing pool. 2% fee to treasury. Reputation updates. The contract closes.
